What's New in Release 9.7

Syniti Data Replication 9.7 Highlights

  • Introduced support for replicating data to Google BigQuery
  • Introduced support for replicating data to Snowflake
  • Introduced support for Progress OpenEdge as a source or target.
  • Access to User's Guide and API help is now via a remote URL by default. This setting can be modified.

Syniti Data Replication 9.6 Highlights

  • Changed name of product from DBMoto to Syniti Data Replication to reflect new branding (www.syniti.com). The renaming process has also affected some common components and menu items in the Management Center. Review the cheat sheet familiarize yourself with the new names.
  • Added support for new data sources/targets: MariaDB, MongoDB, Amazon DocumentDB, Amazon Redshift, Amazon Aurora, Apache Kafka, Microsoft Azure Data Lake.
  • Certified multiple databases running on Amazon RDS: MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server
  • Certiifed databases running on Google Cloud SQL: MySQL, PostgreSQL
  • Certified databases running on Microsoft Azure: SQL Database, SQL Server
  • Support for bulk insert during mirroring for IBM Db2 LUW
  • Support for bulk insert during both refresh and mirroring for Informix targets
  • Support for bulk insert for PostgreSQL and Tibero targets
  • Enhanced support for Hadoop with integrated access to Hadoop from the Management Center
